Refund Policy

Upon shipping, we inspect all items for quality, but realize that there may be an occasion where an item is shipped with a manufacturer defect. We stand behind our products and will do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
If you receive your item and are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 5 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Returns
Defective items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will replace with an item of equal or lesser value along with the return shipping cost. Please email us at tsbeadsinc@gmail.com with any questions concerning defective merchandise.
